Accepting our terms and conditions/parents responsibilities
1. Parents/guardians will ensure that all child/children follow the general facility rules that Trinity College has in place.
2. The lesson will not be extended to make up for late arrivals
3. Children are not the responsibility of the Trackstart Swim Academy until the child enters the Swimming Pool
4. Photos or videos are not permitted of children whilst Trinity College
5. Parents/Guardians are not allowed on the pool deck at any time.
6. If the child refuses to get in the water or you no longer want your child to attend the course, we cannot give a refund.
Illness and medical condition
1. We do not provide a refund or credit for absence for lesson due to Illness etc. However, if you have a medical cert of illness/injury that affects more than 4 weeks we may offer you a credit toward the next package of lessons.
2. We Must be informed of all medical conditions affecting your child. We will not be liable for any Accidents/injuries that relate to your child’s medical condition.
General
1. A swimsuit, towel, and Swimming cap are essential.
2. Good behaviour is required of all Children, Trackstart staff will exercise due care and control for safety of your child whilst on the premises and reserve the right to suspend any child who does not comply with facility rules, no refund will be given.
